Standard Club Routes


Regular training takes place every Tuesday (5KM) and Thursday (5,6,8 or 10KM) evening. In the Summer months training starts at 6:00PM while in Winter the training starts at 5:45PM to allow for light.

Our Tuesday evening run follows the route below. Our monthly Time Trial follows the same route.

Our Thursday evening run is intended to be a 10KM run, but it is possible to run a shorter route if required. There are breakouts at 5KM, 6KM and 8KM .
