Training Routes

Starting off with 2018 Training programs and scheduled club runs. This page will be updates with the latest info on planned runs over and above our weekly training runs. Our Out and Back training runs are designed so that we can run out and back, supported if possible on the route with a vehicle. The general rule is to run in teams Fast – Intermediate – Slow. Running an out and back allows us to let the fastest run out to a turn point, then pick up the others on the return route where they all turn. Rules done leave stragglers alone, rather turn back and pick up the tarailing bunch. We train these runs as a team.
